One of my oldest client relationships, Poole's Refrigeration relies on smart design to pride the idea of stable, in-the-know professionals, and I believe I have provided them just that. Over the year's I have had the pleasure of designing sales booklets, mailable content, social media, and more giving me some extremely valuable experience in prolonged client/designer relations. To look back on the year along side the client, assess what worked, and more importantly what did not, and make a game plan for tackling next year in force was always rewarding.
